The free Basic Course explains the definitions for the key components of history, physical exam and medical decision-making using both the 1995 and 1997 E/M guidelines. Users can also download a free version of the E/M University Pocket Coding Guide as well as several documentation templates. You can also print out the E/M guidelines and various Medicare auditing forms. All these tools are available in the E/M Coding Toolbox located on the main course page for this curriculum.
